Ang i-Registro ay isang online at self-service platform para sa mga 4Ps household-beneficiaries na buntis at/o anak na 0-24 months old, para sa kanilang pagsusumite ng First 1,000 Days of Life (F1KD) updates.

Mayroon itong web portal para sa self-service na pagsusumite ng updates. Ito ay alternatibo at makabagong paraan para mapabilis ang pagsusumite ng kanilang updates sa Pantawid Pamilya Information System (PPIS) na kakailanganin ng programang 4Ps para sa maayos na pagpapatupad ng F1KD conditional cash grant.

Sa pamamagitan ng i-Registro web portal, maaari nang mag-sumite ang mga 4Ps na buntis at/o may anak na edad 0-24 months old ng kanilang updates via online, lalo’t kung sila ay may mobile device, internet, at maayos na signal sa kanilang lugar upang hindi na kailangang magbiyahe.

(The i-Registro is an online and self-service platform for 4Ps household-beneficiaries who are pregnant and/or have children aged 0-24 months, intended for their submission of First 1,000 Days of Life (F1KD) updates.

It features a web portal for the self-service submission of updates. This is an alternative and modern method to expedite the submission of their updates to the Pantawid Pamilya Information System (PPIS), which the 4Ps program requires for the smooth implementation of the F1KD conditional cash grant.

Through the i-Registro web portal, 4Ps beneficiaries who are pregnant and/or have children aged 0-24 months can now submit their updates online—particularly if they have a mobile device, internet access, and a stable signal in their area—eliminating the need for them to travel.)

Kahit sinong aktibong miyembro na nasa household roster ng isang 4Ps household-beneficiary na:

– 18 years old pataas
– may PhilSys/National o ePhil ID
– may mobile device
– may internet, at maayos na signal

Partikular, ang mga miyembro na:

– Buntis na maaring pinuno ng sambahayan o ang maybáhay ng pinuno ng sambahayan.
– Buntis na babaeng anak, manugang, o apo na kasalukuyang naninirahan sa parehong sambahayan at kasama sa sambahayan sa panahon ng rehistrasyon sa 4Ps.
– May mga bata na edad 0-24 months old na ang kaugnayan sa pinuno ng sambahayan ay anak na lalaki/babae/ apo na naninirahan sa parehong sambahayan.

– A holder of a National or ePhil ID
– In possession of a mobile device
– Has internet access and a stable signal

– A pregnant member who may be the household head or the spouse of the household head.
– A pregnant daughter, daughter-in-law, or granddaughter currently residing in the same household and was included in the household roster at the time of 4Ps registration.
– Parents of children aged 0-24 months whose relationship to the household head is that of a son, daughter, or grandchild residing in the same household.)

Step 1: I-klik ang napiling web browser (Google, Safari, Yahoo, Microsoft Bing, Firefox o mga katulad).

Step 1: Buksan ang Search Engine (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft Bing, o mga katulad) at i-type ang address link na: iregistro-4ps.dswd.gov.ph

Step 2: Siguraduhing kumpleto ang mga kailangang dokumento at pinahihintulutan ang DSWD na kolektahin at gamitin ang inyong personal na mga impormasyon tulad ng Pangalan, Petsa ng kapanganakan, Adres, Larawan ng mukha, at iba pa, para sa layunin ng pag-update ng inyong impormasyon sa i-Registro, saka i-klik ang button na ‘Continue’ o Magpatuloy.

Step 3: Siguraduhing ikaw ay active 4Ps household-benefiicary na 18 years old pataas at mayroong National o ePhil ID, saka i-klik ang button na ‘OO, magpatuloy.’

Step 4: Punan ang mga kailangang impormasyon at sumangayon sa Terms and Conditions at Data Privacy Policy ng DSWD, saka i-klik ang button na ‘Continue.’

Step 5: Mag-selfie o kumuha ng larawan ng sariling mukha. Siguraduhing sumusunod sa mga pamantayan sa maayos na selfie o pagkuha ng larawan ng sariling mukha, saka i-klik ang button na ‘Capture Image.’

Step 6: Piliin at pindutin ang mga kailangang i-update na impormasyon at punan ang mga ito ng wasto at kumpletong detalye hanggang ma-update ang impormasyon ng mga buntis at anak na 0-24 months old.

Step 7: Magsumite ng mga kailangang dokumento na nagpapatunay sa mga na-update na impormasyon. Antabayan lamang ang resulta ng pagapruba sa ginawang update na matatanggap sa email address o contact number na nakatala sa update.

Paalala: Active 4Ps household-beneficiary na 18 years old pataas at mayroong National o ePhil ID, mobile device, internet, at maayos na signal ang maaaring mag-update ng impormasyon ng mga miyembro ng sambahayan na buntis at may anak na 0-24 months old.

Step 2: Ensure you have all the required documents and that you authorize the DSWD to collect and use your personal information—such as Name, Date of Birth, Address, Facial Image, and others—for the purpose of updating your information in i-Registro; then, click the ‘Continue’ or ‘Magpatuloy’ button.

Step 3: Confirm that you are an active 4Ps household-beneficiary, 18 years old or older, and possess a National or ePhil ID; then, click the ‘YES, continue’ (OO, magpatuloy) button.

Step 4: Fill in the required information and agree to the DSWD Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Policy; then, click the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 5: Take a selfie or a photo of your own face. Ensure you follow the standards for a proper selfie or facial capture; then, click the ‘Capture Image’ button.

Step 6: Select and click the information that needs to be updated, and fill it out with accurate, complete details until the information for pregnant members and children aged 0-24 months is updated.

Step 7: Submit the required documents that serve as proof for the updated information. Simply wait for the approval result of your update, which will be sent to the email address or contact number provided in the update.

Reminder: Only active 4Ps household-beneficiaries who are 18 years old and above and have a National or ePhil ID, a mobile device, internet access, and a stable signal may update the information of household members who are pregnant or have children aged 0-24 months.)

Types of updates for children aged 0-24 months:
1. Child’s Name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Suffix), Date of Birth (Month, Day, and Year), and Sex

Ang i-Registro ay isang digital online platform na may kakayanan na self-service na pag-update ng impormasyon ng sambahayan o indibidwal gamit ang web portal nito, samantala, ang BUS Form 5 ay isang tradisyunal na mekanismo ng programang 4Ps na gumagamit ng panulat at papel para sa pagkuha at pagtala ng lahat ng mga update sa impormasyon ng mga benepisyaryo nito. Samakatuwid, ang mga 4Ps household-beneficiary na buntis at may anak na 0-24 months old ay may malayang desisyon kung anong paraan ang kanilang pipiliin at gagamitin para sa pag-update ng kanilang impormasyon na may kinalaman sa pagpapatupad ng First 1,000 Days (F1KD) cash grant. Gayunpaman, hinihikayat ang mga 4Ps household-beneficiary na gamitin ang i-Registro bilang alternatibo at makabagong paraan para sa mabilis na pag-update ng kanilang impormasyon, lalo’t kung sila ay may mobile devices, internet, at signal sa kanilang lugar upang hindi na kailangang magbiyahe.

(i-Registro is a digital online platform with self-service capabilities for updating household or individual information through its web portal. In contrast, BUS Form 5 is a traditional mechanism of the 4Ps program that utilizes pen and paper for capturing and recording all beneficiary information updates. Consequently, 4Ps household-beneficiaries who are pregnant or have children aged 0–24 months have the freedom to decide which method they prefer to use for updating their information related to the implementation of the First 1,000 Days (F1KD) cash grant.

However, 4Ps household-beneficiaries are encouraged to use i-Registro as an alternative and modern method for faster updates, especially if they have mobile devices, internet access, and a stable signal in their area, to eliminate the need for travel.)
